Gym Only Package

You are more than a number at Forza, and we offer more than a commodity gym. We want to ensure you have all the knowledge, tools and technique to make the most of your gym time, to allow you to safely and successfully achieve your goals:

At Forza, we prioritize quality in all that we do. All of our membership packages include an induction, our head coach will sit down with you and review / provide:

  • Instruction on how to safely use the gym equipment

If you want:

  • Diet review

  • Goal setting – discuss what you want from your training.

Following your induction, we’ll provide:

  • A Training Programme tailored to your goals

  • Use of our Fitness Tracking App, where you can continually record your workouts

For the first 3 months:

  • Weekly coach check-in to ensure you are on the right track

  • Learn to lift classes included, to ensure good technique and build confidence.

With the steps above, we believe you’ll be on the right track and set up for success!

Alternatively, if after safely passing your induction, and you want to crack-on yourself that’s just fine.

Class Only Package

Access to 12 classes per month on the schedule 

Classes typically restricted to 8 people, to allow for quality coaching and instruction

All of our membership packages include an induction, our head coach will sit down with you and discuss:

  • Induction on basic movements

  • Goal setting

  • Advice on classes to attend to achieve goals

  • Use of our Fitness Tracking App, where you can record fitness scores and track performance

UNLIMITED CLASS & GYM PACKAGE

Access to 12 classes per month on the schedule and full access to the open gym

Classes typically restricted to 8 people, to allow for quality coaching and instruction

All of our membership packages include an induction, our head coach will sit down with you and review/provide:

  • Induction

  • Goal setting

  • Advice on classes to attend to achieve goals

  • Use of our Fitness Tracking App, where you can record fitness and dietary scores
